Domain Services

  • Domain Registration:
    We do not guarantee the availability of a domain name until registration is confirmed. Domains are registered or transferred in your name, not in growth.box’s name. You are responsible for keeping domain WHOIS data accurate and up to date.
  • Domain Renewals and Transfers:
    We will attempt to renew domains automatically. You are responsible for ensuring all domains are renewed on time. Transfer of ownership is subject to your fulfillment of all associated obligations.

 

Domain Registration Refund Policy

  • No Refund after Registration:
    Once a domain is successfully registered, it is not eligible for a refund. This policy is due to the nature of domain registration, as the process secures a unique domain name for your exclusive use that cannot be “returned” once registered. Please ensure your domain selection is final before proceeding with registration.

 

Web Hosting

  • Hosting Refund Policy:
    Our hosting services are primarily intended for website and email hosting. Use of our services for other purposes requires our prior written consent.
  • Unlimited Hosting:
    ‘Unlimited’ hosting is offered under a fair use policy. We reserve the right to take action if your usage significantly exceeds the average level of other customers. Accounts exceeding 50GB of disk storage will be audited.
  • Backups:
    We perform regular backups, which are stored offsite. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups as well.

 

Web Hosting Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services, you may initiate a refund request within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, customers must cancel their services within this 30-day period. Cancellation within this period is sufficient for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    Please note the following exceptions:

    • This guarantee applies only to hosting services and does not cover any additional services or products purchased.
    • The refund will exclude any setup fees, domain registration fees, or other non-refundable charges.
    • If the package purchased includes a discount of more than 60%, the money-back guarantee is no longer applicable, and no refunds will be processed.

    Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

    Costs are as displayed on our website and are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes in advance.
  • Suspension of Services:
